This Privacy Policy explains how The Integrated Human AS (“TIH”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and processes personal data when you use our website, purchase our courses, retreats, live events, or digital products, book a personal session or mentorship, or otherwise interact with us. It also describes your rights and how to exercise them. If you have questions about this Policy, contact us using the details in Section 12 below.
This Policy is designed to comply with the EU/EEA General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Norwegian Personal Data Act (personopplysningsloven), which implements the GDPR in Norway.
If you are located outside the EEA — including in the UK, United States, or Canada — your local law may give you additional rights beyond those described here. See Section 9, International Visitors, below.
Depending on the context, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
Special category data related to health, nervous-system responses, or embodied experience is processed only on the bases described above, and solely for the purposes described in Sections 3.4 and 3.5.
Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors find and use our web pages. These tools only load after you consent via our cookie banner; you can withdraw consent at any time by adjusting your cookie preferences or browser settings.
GA and GTM record data such as your geographical location, device, browser, and operating system, and your computer’s IP address — Google does not grant us access to the IP address itself. We consider Google and Meta to be third-party data processors (see Section 6.0).
This site is built on WordPress and hosted by Hostinger. WordPress and Hostinger may collect standard technical data (browser type, referring site, date/time of requests) in the ordinary course of hosting the site. Individual retreats and events may have their own pages, built and hosted the same way.
When you contact us or subscribe to our newsletter, your name, email, and any message content is processed. Newsletter subscribers’ name and email are forwarded to Kit (formerly ConvertKit), our email marketing processor. General contact-form messages are sent to us by encrypted email (TLS) and are not stored with a third-party processor.
Registering for an event does not subscribe you to anything. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in any newsletter email, or request removal by contacting us.
When you register or purchase through our website, your name, address, phone number, and email are stored in our website’s database. Payments are processed by Revolut, via TIH’s own Revolut business account, who receive your payment details directly — we do not store card data ourselves.
Where an event is co-organised and the fee is collected by the co-facilitator rather than by TIH, Section 3.6 applies instead.
Before your first personal session or mentorship session, you are asked to complete an intake form, which may ask about your physical and mental health history. This is special category data under Article 9 GDPR.
We ask for this solely to assess whether a practice is appropriate for you and to let your practitioner work with you safely. Providing it is your explicit consent to this processing. It is never used for marketing. It is stored securely, accessible only to your practitioner and the TIH staff who need it to run your sessions, and retained for 5 years from your last session, after which it is deleted unless a longer period is required by law. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to support@integrated-human.com, though this may limit our ability to keep working with you safely.
You assess yourself. Each in-person event’s own Terms set out the contraindications for the practices offered at that event. You read that list, decide for yourself whether the event is right for you, and seek your own medical advice where the Terms tell you to. We do not screen you, review what you tell us, or make any judgement about your fitness to take part. That decision is yours alone.
Your declaration. When you register, you confirm that you have read the contraindications and that either none applies to you, or that one does and you have taken the medical advice described. We keep that confirmation for the establishment, exercise and defence of legal claims, under Article 9(2)(f) GDPR. It is not used for any other purpose.
Anything else you choose to tell us. Registration forms may include an optional field for anything you would like the facilitators to know. Whatever you write there is seen only by the facilitators running that event, and is held on your explicit consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us, and we will delete what you wrote.
Emergency contact. You are asked for the name and phone number of someone we can reach during the event. This is personal data about a third party that you provide to us; we hold it solely in case of a medical or safety emergency during the event, and use it for nothing else. Please make sure your emergency contact knows you have given us their details.
Practical arrangements. For residential events we ask what we need in order to allocate rooms and arrange catering — this may include your gender, whether you are travelling with someone you want to share a room with, any preference about who you room with, and your dietary requirements. A dietary requirement can reveal something about your health or your religious beliefs, and is held on your explicit consent, for catering only. Your name, room allocation and dietary requirements go to the venue. Your stated preferences stay with us.
Some TIH-marketed retreats and events are run jointly with an independent co-facilitator, who runs their own sessions as their own practice and is not an employee, agent, or contractor of TIH.
Where that event’s own page and Terms say so, the booking fee is collected directly by the co-facilitator, personally or through their own business, using their own Revolut account or other payment provider, rather than through TIH’s own account described in Section 3.3. Where this applies, the co-facilitator, not TIH, is the party receiving and processing your payment details for that transaction, under their own arrangement with their payment provider, and holds their own payment and accounting records for the period their national accounting law requires. TIH is not a party to that transaction and is not the data controller for that payment step, though TIH remains your point of contact for the event itself.
The co-facilitator also sees the registration information for that event — including your declaration, anything you write in the optional field, your emergency contact, and your practical arrangements — because they are running the event alongside us.
The Integrated Retreat, 12–15 November 2026. The co-organiser is Krisztián Kormány, a Hungarian registered sole trader (egyéni vállalkozó), registration number 34677488, tax number 66396806-1-39, registered address Sáfrány u. 7/A, 8200 Veszprém, Hungary, contactable at krisztian.kormany@gmail.com. He collects the retreat fee to his business Revolut account and issues any refunds. The venue is Kerekegy Panzió, Kossuth u. 18, 8295 Taliándörögd, Hungary, which receives guest names, room allocations and dietary requirements in order to accommodate and cater for the group. Accommodation and food are paid in cash directly to the venue on arrival; neither TIH nor the co-organiser processes or holds a record of those payments.
Our live events, retreats, courses, and group sessions may be photographed and recorded, for documentation, education, and promotion. Groups are often small, and anyone photographed is likely to be recognisable.
How we use it. By registering for an event and accepting its Terms, you agree that photographs and video from that event may be used for our marketing and publicity — on our website, social media, and publications, in any language or format. You waive any claim to payment or royalties for this use. We rely on that permission together with our legitimate interest in documenting and promoting our work.
If you would rather not appear. Tell TIH or your facilitator before or during the event, and we will take reasonable steps to keep you out of frame. This will not exclude you from taking part. Group shots and wide angles taken during a live session are difficult to guarantee.
Removal. You can ask us at any point, during or after the event, to stop using an image of you, and we will remove it from material we control.
We never use images of guests in moments of visible emotional distress.
Sharing with Neurogenic Integration. The Integrated Human AS and Neurogenic Integration AS are related companies under common ownership. Photographs and video from TIH events may, on occasion, also be used by Neurogenic Integration for its own marketing, on the same basis as above.
Co-organised events. Where an event is run with a co-facilitator (Section 3.6), material from that event may be used by both TIH and the co-facilitator in their own marketing, each on their own channels. Each party is responsible for what it publishes.
Testimonials are genuinely received via text, audio, or video submission from clients, reflecting their individual experience. We may use feedback anonymously for testimonials or to improve our programmes, unless you tell us in writing that you’d rather it wasn’t used this way.
Course, retreat, and checkout data is stored in our website’s database, built on WordPress and hosted by Hostinger. Other data is held by the third-party processors named in Section 6.0, each for the purpose described in Section 3.0. Health declarations, optional disclosures and emergency contacts are visible only to the facilitators running that event.
Where an event fee is collected by a co-organiser (Section 3.6), that co-organiser holds their own payment and accounting records under their own national law, and those periods are not set by TIH.
Where a retention period above is not fixed, we apply the general test: as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Several of our processors are located outside the EEA. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and, where the receiving company is certified, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as the legal basis for the transfer. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguard from us at any time.
See Section 3.6 above. Where an event names a co-facilitator’s own payment provider, that provider processes your payment as an independent controller, not as a TIH processor.
We will report any unlawful data breach of this website’s database or the database(s) of any of our third-party data processors to any and all relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours of the breach, where it is apparent that personal data stored in an identifiable manner has been compromised.
Upon request, we will tell you whether we hold any of your personal information, and provide a copy of it. If you would like to correct, update, or delete information we hold about you, contact us using the details in Section 12 below. Deletion may not be possible where it would impact our ability to provide the Services to you, or where we have a legal obligation to retain the data (Section 4.1). We will respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Where an event is co-organised, you can raise a request with either TIH or the co-organiser named for that event, and we will handle it between us.
This Policy is written to meet EEA/Norwegian standards, which are among the most protective in the world. If you are located outside the EEA — including in the United States or Canada — nothing in this Policy limits any additional rights available to you under your own local law. Where those local rights go further than this Policy, your local rights apply.
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, contact us first at support@integrated-human.com — we aim to respond within 5 business days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet (the Norwegian Data Protection Authority), or with the data protection authority in your own EEA country of residence. For an event held in Hungary, you may also contact the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), naih.hu. If you have a contractual complaint rather than a data protection one, you can also contact Forbrukertilsynet (the Norwegian Consumer Authority) or the Forbrukerklageutvalget (Consumer Disputes Board).

This Privacy Policy may change from time to time in line with legislation, industry developments, or changes to our processors or services. We recommend checking this page occasionally for updates.
Our Terms & Conditions can be found at integrated-human.com/terms-and-conditions. Individual retreats and events may carry their own supplementary Terms, linked from that event’s own page. For The Integrated Retreat, 12–15 November 2026, those Terms govern the retreat itself, and this Policy governs your data.
